Terms

Eligibility for Referral Bonus is open to anyone. Talent's hiring decision will be at the sole discretion of the company. To qualify, each referral must be received and documented by Talent before initial contact with the individual or company is made. For a consultant referral, once hired, the candidate must be on contract for a period of 90 days for the entrant to be eligible for any bonus or cash award. For business opportunities, Talent must not be aware of the existing opportunity. If new business is won, the opportunity must extend for a minimum of 90 days. REFERRAL TYPES

NEW CONSULTANTS

If the referred candidate is hired as a consultant by Talent, a $500 bonus will be paid after the individual has been employed for 90 days.

NEW BUSINESS

If you inform Talent of a new business opportunity that Talent was not previously aware of, and results in a contract for a minimum of 90 days, a $500 bonus will be paid.
